Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return packing slip inside the parcel.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.
